8:30am to10: 45am	Late entries and collection of Santa Suits.
10:15am onwards	Tywyn Silver Band to Start line.
10:40am	Pre Race Warm up commences.
10:55am	Pre race warm up finishes. Santa Sleigh moves off start line.
11:00am	Race Commences.
11:10am	First Runner Expected.
12:30pm	Last Runner Expected.
